Enhancement of Public Confidence in
Reliable and Drinkable Tap Water

We aim to improve public trust in tap water through perception surveys and
various public outreach activities.

  • Survey of drinking tap water

    • We conduct a national statistical survey every three years to understand drinking habits and public perception of tap water, with the goal of ensuring a clean and safe water supply.

  • Public Relations for Tap Water

    • To build public trust in tap water and enhance promotional efforts, the MCEE (Ministry of Climate, Energy and Environment), major cities including Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Incheon, Gwangju, Daejeon, Ulsan, and Jeju, along with K-water and KWWA, jointly established TaPRA.

  • Customized Public Relations by LocalGovernments

    • In collaboration with local governments, we promote customized public relations campaigns for tap water through active public participation.
