Founded in 2002, KWWA endeavors to realize safe and happy water welfare through the advancement of water and wastewater services.
KWWA is a public institution designated by the Ministry of Climate, Energy, Environment(MCEE) of the Republic of Korea, dedicated to the sustainable development of the water and wastewater sector.
We represent more than 1,300 members, including government bodies, public corporations, academic institutions, and water professionals.

KWWA, a specialized institution in the field of water based on Article 56 of the Water Supply and Waterworks Installation Act, aims to secure and supply clean water. This essential public good plays a critical role in improving people's quality of life.
